Square Handheld
Role: Program Manager
In 2025, we introduced a global brand campaign for the new Square Handheld. Designed to run a business from the palm of your hand, the device launched through a fully integrated campaign spanning photo, video, and 3D. We delivered hundreds of brand assets across all channels in eight global markets, marking one of the largest campaigns in Square's history.
Beyond core production, I supported the end-to-end launch ecosystem—partnering with lifecycle, web, retail, and product marketing teams to ensure the campaign scaled cohesively across email, retail environments, and Shop and web surfaces. I helped coordinate launch readiness across channels and was embedded in the launch-day war room, supporting real-time decision-making and execution as the campaign went live globally.
